Brad came to my home to insulate the rim joists of my basement with BioBased spray foam. He was a pleasure to work with, and performed the work extremely quickly, with an attention to detail that is rare these days. Brad was great to work with. Very accurate with his price quote and the time to complete. Just got the latest bill.........get this...avg temp last year was 34*, this year was 29*, now comes the good part...gas used per day last year was 3.2, this year 2.3 !!!!!!!!!!! The way I see it thats almost 1/3 less gas used..........SWEEEEEEEEEET!!!!! Thank ya cuz!!!! anyway I still have your point and shoot temp gun. Also I cant get the guys to cut the cuby hole door for crawl space( they are afraid they will screw it up) So, next chance ya get when your are in the area......I have a circular saw in garage if needed. Bio- Foam is a wonderful product! My 104-year-old house is finally warm! After years of remodeling and tightening up the many leaks and drafts with new windows, doors, and various insulating techniques I discovered Bio-Foam- expanding spray foam insulation. I decided to use this technology on the last large space in the house, which is the main floor above the crawl space. Brad and crew came in and sprayed the whole sub-floor in the amount of time given in his concise estimate, cleaned up and left with me very satisfied. Now that winter has settled in and the insulation is put to the test, my home is finally warm! I give Brad and Bio-Foam both an A++. I was very reluctant at first (to try foam insulation) but I had many circumstances in my attic that pointed toward spray foam insulation as the only solution. I talked to my building inspector and he is a fan of this new technology, so I went ahead of it and am very pleased. I just wish I had known about it before we did the drywall.
